Sensepoint Pro — Fixed Point Gas Detector

The Honeywell Sensepoint Pro is a high-performance fixed-point gas detector for use in industrial and hazardous locations. It supports electrochemical, catalytic bead (pellistor), and infrared sensor technologies to detect flammable gases (LEL) and a wide range of toxic gases including H₂S, CO, SO₂, NH₃, and O₂. The unit is certified to IEC 60079 for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas, and features a local display, relay outputs, 4–20 mA analog output, and HART communication for integration with DCS or dedicated gas detection controllers.

  • LEL Flammable Detection
  • Toxic: H₂S · CO · NH₃ · SO₂ · O₂
  • Zone 1 & Zone 2 Rated
  • 4–20mA + HART
  • IEC 60079 / ATEX Certified
  • Local 3-digit Display
  • Pellistor · IR · Electrochemical

IR3 Flame Detectors — Triple Infrared

ESP Safety IR3 flame detectors use triple infrared (IR3) sensing technology to detect the unique infrared emission pattern of hydrocarbon flames. By analyzing three separate infrared wavelength bands and comparing their ratio against the known flicker frequency of a fire (5–30 Hz), IR3 detectors virtually eliminate false alarms from hot surfaces, solar radiation, arc welding, and other industrial interference sources. Response time is typically under 5 seconds for a 0.1m² gasoline fire at 50m range. Detectors are rated IP66/67, certified to ATEX Zone 1, and available in stainless steel housings for harsh coastal and offshore environments.

  • Triple IR (IR3) Technology
  • Response <5 sec / 0.1m² fire at 50m
  • ATEX Zone 1 Rated
  • IP66 / IP67
  • No False Alarms from Hot Surfaces
  • Solar Blind
  • Stainless Steel Housing Option
  • Relay + 4–20mA Output
